If your Talonport luggage tags or locks have been damaged by an airline, please email us at support@talonport.com. Include a clear photo of the damage, your order number, and your full shipping details to facilitate a quick and efficient claim process.
Where can I download the pdf template for the luggage tags?
We suggest using our online app to create your templates for more customization. When printing, be sure to print at 100% (not shrink to fit) and if you happen to have matte photo paper, it’ll make it easier to cut out since it’s thicker.
I lost / need more keys for my keyless locks. Can you send me more?
